Designer, entrepreneur, and professional artisan crafter, Laura is a Pacific Northwest native who has been designing, creating and selling her crocheted hats and accessories at markets and college campuses in the Seattle area since 2001.

An innovator, a trendsetter, and one of the first self-published designers in the contemporary crafting community, Laura's distinctive urban influenced designs have been featured in several books including Deb Stoller's Stitch 'n Bitch Crochet, the Happy Hooker, and she has made pattern instructions available to DIY crocheters through her website, Croshay Design.
